When it doesn't fit anywhere else

Its goign to be cool to get some ancient history on the Island. Did Locke's (smokey, black shirt guy) mother get revived from the temples pool? He said she was crazy just like Claire. Next episode should be a good one.

Sounds like a typical culmination of a series ending.

I just can't wait for next week --> RICHARD!!!

Considering the producers have said no to that about a dozen times, it's doubtful.

However, let's see what open questions remain and how they end the series.

If the ending is that they bounce into the flash-sideways, and land safely, and the island was just a dream is there any need for a film?

I hope not, they said the final season should answer everything. please let it be so!

if they did a movie, i would think they would have to revisit a lot of things so the people who didn't watch lost would be able to catch up with everyone who was crazy about lost.

My inner voice is telling me that there will be plenty of questions unanswered, and new ones.
And they could always do a prequel!
Also the previews last night and recap were all wonderfully violent!

I feel like we're getting close to the answer of this, but I still want to know who sawyer killed last season when they were hoping around time, took one of the boats, then got cashed by the other boat.

for some odd reason I almost think he killed himself. even though it was dark and all, the shot on that kinda lingered on the person falling.

well wait i just looked it up, but it was juliet who took the shot. anyway I still wonder who she got though. chances are it was one of them.

I am finding the Ben story to be one of my favorites. After going for several years thinking he was just at the bottom of all that was wrong, he is now being displayed as a symapthetic character. He wanted power after being so powerless in his childhood with his mother gone and his dad the way he was and dragging him to the island. Then being played by Jacob only to be ignored and unacknowleged? Do you think Ben is, for the first time in his life, free by simply being allowed to join the group on the beach? He gave his confession for his sins and now he has been forgiven and given a chance to do good on the island. The scene at the school when Ben is happy after doing the right thing this time and saving Alex by giving up his power play at the school could have also been a result of his confession on the island that had ramifications on the island time line.

Will Ben Linus find redemption? Has he changed his ways?

That is not the same Ben Linus of the island.

However, the repentent Ben to Alana is one who I think will find redemption.

It's all going to be a dream...nah. Damn, I've enjoyed this series but am flat ready for it to end!! They should all go out like Lindsay in Freaks and Geeks getting on the bus to go see the Dead!!

Right. It is the alternate timeline where things are different after the plane lands in LA. Did anyone see Michael Emerson (Ben) on Kimmel last night? He said that his teacher story is not done and has an important role to play in the end.

Not entirely true either. I know they say on pop-up lost, 'this is a flash-sideways; what would happen if the plane landed safely in LAX'

But that's not what it going on there. The plane is filled with different people and each person is different:
- Boone's sister is not on board
- Hurley feels lucky
- Jack has a mysterious cut
- Rose is not a nervous wreck

It's not just if the plan landed.
