That IS a great video, thanks for posting, and Bill nailed it, it is a pretty standard guitar lick. I was messing around with it, landing on both the D & the G (back and forth, not saying this is how Jerry did it, but it's one way, anyways):
E ------------15--12-----------------------------------
B ----------15--------15--12---------------------------
G ---14b16--------------------14--12-------------------
D ------------------------------------14--12------12---
A --------------------------------------------14-------
E -----------------------------------------------------
E ---------------15--12--------------------------------
B -------------15--------15--12------------------------
G ---14b16r14--------------------14--12----------12----
D ---------------------------------------14--12--------
A -----------------------------------------------------
E -----------------------------------------------------
But what I'm more interested in is the walk he does towards the very end (around 9:39). It looks like he slides up to a D on the 10th and walks up from there. Don't have it down yet, and it's hard to see because it happens so fast, but I'll work on it. If anyone else can tab it out before me, that'd be sweet.
