All the cj talk inspired me to finally figure this out. I don't think it's posted quite like this anywhere else on the site. I think.

--C------------------F
g-----0-2-0-----------------------
d-1h2-------1po0----------1po0----
a----------------3-0----3------3--
e--------------------1----------

I think I heard this a time or two as well. A couple of extra notes squeezed in.

--C------------------F
g-----0-2-0-----------------------
d-1h2-------1po0---------------
a----------------3-0---------3-6po5po3--
e--------------------1-pu3h5---------

po=pulloff
pu=pullup

fyi listened to 2-9 & 2-15-73 for this on the archive.

hmm well im gonna drop one in there also. I dont have a guitar in hand so let me know if anything is wrong here. Umm not exactly sure what era this was used but id be willin to be youd hear it in the 73-74 range. maybe 77-79 too.

E|------------------------------------------------
B|------------------------------------------------
G|------------------------------------------------
D|-------5-----5----------------------------------
A|--6h7-----7-----6p5--3-----------------3-----3--
E|--------------------------5\1--1--3/5-----h5----

In between the C and the slide from A to F you need to pause a sec. I like this one because Jerry leaves gaps for Bobbys intro and it sounds great if you got both goin. Heres another one thats mostly the same cept for a slight change.

Looks good blob. I debated starting at the 5th fret but decided to stay mostly at the end of the neck. Probably for economy of movement. I'm a bit lazy. 8)

yeah once I picked up a guitar I noticed yours is very similar and that you just start at the end of the neck. I think I might start doin it that way.

I still prefer this version myself

E(--8----8--3--------------------5---)
B(--8h10-8--4p3---------------5--5---)
G(---------------5--2---------5------)
D(---------------------3--5s7--------)
A(-----------------------------------)
E(-----------------------------------)

that might be more of a Bobby riff but I love it
the corresponding riff I play in conjunction with it.

E(-------------------------------------)
B(--8s10--8----------------------------)
G(-----------7s9--7-------------7------)
D(-------------------10--7--10-----10--)
A(-------------------------------------)
E(-------------------------------------)

Well I was talkin to a friend of mine at work today and he would also like this lick as a soundclip along with a solo. So later tonight ill do this lick and the solo I posted a while back. Heres the link to the solo. Its taken from Closing Of Winterland.

Alright so I finally got around to makin those sound clips. The quality sucks because I had to use my Headset mic to record haha. But whatever its good enough for its purpose right now. So as for the intro I changed the ending just a tad and youll be able to figure it out no problem. And as for the solo its a little sloppy because well I didnt wanna do more than one take and I dont have a cutaway anymore so its a bit tough to play it up there. I wouldve played on the electric but then id have to drag my amp down to the computer. So yeah deal with it lol.

Its all there. Enjoy!

Billbill, I'm just wondering where that video you posted came from? 7/2/71? That Bill Graham intro sound like the one before Bertha on 7/2 but it looks like it goes right to Casey without a cut.
