Hey there, first post. I've been fan since I was about 8-9 years old, (so about 20 years now) but never got too deep into the tape trading scene or really explored this era too much.
I'm looking for live stuff with that Shakedown Street, disco sort of sound from 78-82 - more specifically reminiscent of the tunes on Dead Set like "Brokedown Palace" and "Candyman". So I guess that would be even more specifically described as slow tempo, focused (mostly) ballads with the Dead Set and/or Shakedown Street aesthetic. For the record, I have always loved "France" from that album and have to come clean and say I also dig "If I had the world to give", especially the solo about halfway through. *ducks*
Thanks for reading and appreciate any suggestions.
