Just for TS.
I own a pair of sticks or two and a practice pad, plus a book of snare-drum rudiments, and every so often I like to go through some of the excercises.
It's by far the best way that I've found to get my precision timing back when it starts to get a little ragged. (like right now for example) Also the Right/Left stick-alternating excercises translate really well into Index/Middle fingering for fingerstyle bass or up/down picking.
