I thought I read on here about a dead live sound engineer talking about modded mic preamps for a clean boost, but I can’t find it anymore. I’m suspicious that this would be highly similar to Jerry’s blaster/buffers, but working for drums/vocals/keys in mic preamp form. I feel like I can hear it in the music that it’s not average audio production and it’s “BLASTED”. Anybody know anything about this?
