Hi. Yes it is. I have one. Sounds great, a little bit brittle compared to a Twin but it's a great amp. Very very very loud.

My A/B test with my Fender Twin head reveals that the Boogie is actually even brighter! I have played, to my satisfaction, with the mid up above the treble!
