So myself being a Strat guy, Ive been trying to dig into the various vintage Strats Jerrys owned over the years (aside from Alligator).

Theres the 58, pictured here, which may or may not be the same as the Veneta one. He gave this Strat to David Hidalgo. Notice the F in the Fender decal is cutoff

the Veneta Strat doesnt have the cutoff "F" but maybe that happened later

He also had a Rosewood Strat which he played on Blues From the Rainforest with Merl Saunders seen here:

Maybe this is the same Strat he played in 1970?

I too have been curious about the sunburst strats. Especially the Veneta one. Somewhere I read that supposedly Bobby has one of them and still uses it onstage from time to time these days. Can anyone confirm?

Ive wondered about bobbys strats as well. Hes got a couple of rosewood 60s ones

Might have been Jerry Miller from Moby Grape? Of course, he's still with us, so he might have actually been in your bedroom! Or maybe it was Jerry Stiller. I could see him being the Silver Sky player. SERENITY NOW!
