Mutron III - $500.
I actually have two of these. They are both the original Mutrons, not the reissues, and both have been tuned, calibrated, and true-bypassed by Richard Lingenberg, the Mutron guru. I bought a second one as a backup, but have yet to need it and could use the cash.
One is the earlier version with the external power supply and the other is the later version with the built in power supply (regular 3-prong cable). They sound the same to me, so whichever one you want is fine.
