Alright everybody, last month I asked for some tips for a friend of mine moving to Portland, Or and it really helped him out. He's now there in a nice apt. in a descent neighborhood thanks to all the tips.
This month I have a friend who got picked up to work airplanes at Denver Int'l and I'd like to help him as well.
Does anybody have advice as to where the good parts of town to live? You know checking out apts. on the internet isn't the most reliable source... Coincidently they all say they're in a good neighborhood.
Thanks in advance

jck_strw just made a visit out here and could provide some advice. Denver is a nice place to live, and depending on where you are from, you'd laugh at what we call "bad parts of town". Really, the deciding factor is going to be price and convenience, and DIA can be far away depending on which part of denver you live in. Traffic can be a bitch too, especially on I-70, but we do have a toll road which is great and expensive. Probably the best people to ask are the people who work there.

Check out these two previous threads re: CO.

Colorado kicks ass. I'm definitely moving there--if you have any specific questions, PM me and I'll answer with a new guy's POV. I was only there 10 days though, so my area of knowledge will be limited.
