I watched the stream of last night's show and was blown away by Bob's guitar playing. There is something just so satisfying seeing him play with Phil. I can't explain it, but it's like he is playing rhythm and solos at the same time. I've seen him play solo and with Wasserman, but his playing was never this "in command" as what I saw. He's always been a unique guitar player, but he blew me away last night. As someone who doesn't play with a band and always considered myself a rhythm player, and thus, has influence from Bobby's playing, I have more to achieve. Steven Stills once said he didn't become a great guitar player until was in his 50s. Bob has definitely put in his 50,000 hours.

Your thoughts?

Agree! That was a treat to watch/listen to Bob play in that context. I was picking up many things from "Let It Grow" that fascinated me.

And I think Phil's voice sounded good, and even soulful at times.
