How do you count this? Here are the chords I've got, but just curious how others count the rhythm.

To the best of my understanding it goes something like this
Quarter note at around 68-70 BPM

4/4 - B on first 2 quarter notes, D on the and of 3 then downbeat on 4
2/4 - A on the first 2 8th notes, rest, then E on last 8th note
4/4 - E on first 2 quarter notes, D on the and of 3 then downbeat on 4
2/4 - A on the first 2 8th notes, rest, then B on last 8th note
4/4 - B on first 2 quarter notes, A on the and of 3 then downbeat on 4
2/4 - D on the first 2 8th notes, rest, then E on last 8th note
4/4 - E on first 2 quarter notes, D on the and of 3 then downbeat on 4
3/4 - A on the first 2 8th notes, B on the and of 2 then downbeat of 3
