Two questions:
1. Help on the Way tab does not have the chords for

"Poised for flight, wings spread bright, spring from night into the sun."

Is it Fm Eb Dm- ?

2. I know what Dm is but what are we minus-ing in Dm- ? In other words: what is Dm- ?

I just don't play chords there......if you refer down to the verse tab, I think your questions should be answered.

This is going from memory here, but if you want to play chords, Bb7sus4 - Bb7sus4 - Bb7, or maybe just Bbsus4 - Bbsus4 - Bb work in that passage. But for a better (more accurate) replication of what the Dead do, check out the tab that ebick has.

try the Dmin chord, then Gflat and then Gmajor 7. (make sure you bar them and just play the A,D, and G strings on both the G chords) You could fake it with those chords all the way back out to the verse, (when, If, I figure out the rest I will post it.)

Hope my advice is not to far off, it sounds ok to me, but I think I ma missing something ...
