The strangest thing happened with my MC250...
The left volume knob CAME COMPLETLY OUT!
I'm standing there holding it my hand and I see it has a 1-inch stem.
I re-insert it, and now it is spinning completly around like Linda Blairs head in The Exorcist!!! I was equally shocked and horrified!... (I was way to young to see that movie!).
I pulled it out and re-inserted it again, and it was instantly on Full-Blast! Y'ouch!...(That scared the hell out me, too!).
I finally start to see the way it must go back in, with a slotted end that must fit correctly into an internal slot. I get it set to zero volume, with the knob also indicating zero.
It works now!... but something is still not quite right with the internal rotation, it is a little "less than smooth" to turn the knob, compared to the knob on the right.
I do not recall any damage or impact that would cause this.
Any thoughts from our MC250 experts???
Thanks, I am using this amp tonight for our Jerry G Celebration!
It usually sounds freakin' awesome and works flawlessly!

Update: Brad sent me a link to a pot, and says it is a quick pot-replacement repair that any local amp guy can do.
