T'was reading an interview with Bob in some mag awhile ago and he said he plays in "inverted" Fm for the intro to Help:

E|--8--
B|--8--
G|--5--
D|--6--
A|-----
E|-----

It sounds right.

Hi Amy! That is an inversion but I hear him doing something differently.

I hear him playing the Fm off the 8th fret in a full barre-chord for 2 quick strums, then releaing his fingers leaving only the barre and striking the partial Eb once quickly and hammering the remaining fingers back to the Fm. In fact, I've seen him play it like this.

Try it out and thank you for showing me another way to play this!
