Hey guys - wondering if anyone has or knows where to find the version of Red House that Jerry performed at Nassau colliseum?? Unbelieveable version but I can't find it anywhere.

Are you sure it exists? Did you dl this song off of some filesharing program? They are notorious for mislabeling song, artist, etc.

ohh no i never heard it on the computer I saw jerry do it at a show i was there, im not sure if anyone ever got that show on record thats why i ask, sorry my post wasnt very clear, but thanks for replying brother

was it the later years or in the 70 or 80's because i am going to go dig up my deadbase from my college years and try to find it.

There were two Nassau shows in JGB history:89 and 93. Neither setlist contains it.

Bottomline: there was never a JGB Red House.
Best guess: It was setbreak and Dan or John was spinning Smash Hits on the PA. :lol: :D

No, but seriously... um actually, Sgt. Pepper's was an often-played recording during setbreaks at GD shows... if you were really OUT there at the show, you might not realize the band had taken a break and think that they were playing Beatles tunes, or that the Fab Four (or 3) had reunited and were taking everyone at the show to the moons of Saturn...
