Am I the only one who can't seem to get this feature to function properly?

I used to have problems drilling into specific contact info for others. Now I can't even get the map to plot.

Here are my latest observations:

When I click on a stick pin it brings up a comic book looking text area with the screen name, instrument and level of that person and what/who they are looking for.

The Screen Name field is clickable and I had hoped it would bring up some contact info. When I click on the screen name, a small pop up window opens that is blank. At the bottom of the window it says Done, but with errors on the page.

if you want a quick fix, start using firefox!!!
