So, my kid asks Santa for Lite Brite's Flash Art FX. Now, back in the days of my youth, and often whilst listening to a certain psychedlic band popular around these parts, I used to, from time to time, partake of a certain recreational pharmacuetical, shall we say.......

Reminds me of the time a buddy of mine and I were snowed in prior to Christmas. We unwrapped a present for his nephew and played with it all night long.

It was one of those electric slot car racing things. We set up the track with a bunch of turns and a loop and raced our asses off.

This post, combined with my most recent reading selection, Storming Heaven, reminds me of my youth. How can a drug that makes Lite Brite the coolest fucking thing in the world be illegal?
