I only scrolled through, but right off the bat I see a glaring mistake. The photo you caption as "The dream is over; final concert, Chicago, 7/9/95" is from the "Fare Thee Well" shows in Chicago in July 2015.

Right you are: I'll have to find another "final concert" pic
