I went last night and had a great time! Warren was playing clean and used a lot of mutron...he had a deluxe reverb and what I think was a super reverb. His playing was much more Jerry-ish than when I've seen him in the past.

PS. I can't see the op's link so not sure if I'm stating something that is clearly visible, but I think for most solo's when he was using the mutron he switched to the back pup. He stumbled with it a few times so I couldn't tell if he was also switching to bucker or single, but it sounded good to me

Sounded fine to me... I think he's definitely going for tones that I would feel more comfortable about seeing them come out of Tiger or one of the later guitars, but his playing was pretty good. And after listening to all his ABB stuff, I think he did a very good job of shifting styles... and vocals! I was very surprised he could pull Jerry-ish sounding vocals off at all. My only complaint is who he was playing with... I don't think having the full backing band was a very good idea, I didn't like that. That's just me though.

I agree on the vocals. I loved the Russian lullaby, Standing on the Moon (super moon was over the crowd), and Morning Dew vocals. I enjoyed the band, but can understand your view.

Found this clip of the terrapin (drum solo ends around 2 min for those who want to skip a head)
