Hey d,
talk to Benny at Cintioli's Music on Oxford Circle in NE Philly.
Don't deal with anyone else but Benny. He's old school, store is packed to the limit with gear new and used and he's willing to negotiate. Definately worth a try.

Good luck if you do!

What about a Blues Deluxe Reissue? I assume it has a little more headroom and it has the 6L6's. Anyone have any thoughts on it vs. a DRRI?

You can get 15% off at GC any day of the week if you talk to a manager for a little while. No need to give up your gear for that. Sell your gear, then go in and get the 15% off.

You are now basically looking to make an even trade for an amp that fits your needs.
If you post to your local CL that you are looking to trade a TRRI for a PRRI or DRRI, you'll probably get a bite... of the RI's, the PRRI is the best sounding amp, imho.
The guy who got a PRRI for Christmas will be calling soon. It's not loud enough for him.

This is pretty smart.
