Dan Reiser and Dave Alderman with special guest Nora Lamphere. I am using my brand new Takamine I got for xmas, and Dave is using his 6 string Dean bass.

Interesting the way you amalgamate the verses in China Cat and how you extend the solo sections by a couple bars on each pass, very original.

It's fun when people do that. My old band, Shockra, released a cassette back in the very early 90s. We sold a bunch in New Hampshire. Flash forward 7 years or so, and the drummer and I were touring the northeast with the Dude of Life. It turned out that the opening band were old Shockra fans and knew that Dave and I were going to be in the Dude's band, so they were all excited to play their version of of one of our songs. The only problem was that their copy of the tape had gotten eaten by a car cassette machine and folded over. So, two tunes got all mixed up and they had combined them into one! It ended being a pretty brilliant arrangement and were suitably honored and impressed.
