I don't like the way my reverb tank sounds in my 70's twin, can i buy RCA adapters and run my lexicon reverb through the Reverb in and out on the back of my twin?

You mean run the Lexicon from the "RCA" connectors that go to the spring tank? Nope! You might fry the Lexicon...

You'll have to line in the Lex from the guitar and line out into the amp.

Gotcha!
Thats exactly what i meant.

When i run the lexicon in front of the amp it creates a lot of noise. I figured if i ran it through the reverb path it would be less noisy. I wouldnt wanna fry that thing though!
Thanks!

Would there be away to kill the extra juice coming out of the reverb RCA jacks?

Peace,

The reverb in/out is not the same as an effects loop. It is part of the actual reverb circuit.

You'll have to put it in front of the amp or use it with an amp with an actual effects loop.

Sounds like direct is the only way that will work my friend,,, FWIW I have a Digitech Hardwire Reverb and it is awesome. For the price, its quality and options can't be beat.

I've heard that's a good 'verb. I was with Barry Sless when he got one as something to use when he was playing with us instead of having to bring his LXP 1. It sounded fine in his rig. I've been tempted....
