I had no idea he used one but here's a photo (aside from some really nice bass tone).

I thought he used a colorsound wah, but am not surprised to see a Morley up there. The real question is if anyone can pin down a show where he USED a morley wah, so I can check out the sound. Who knows where my G.A.S. may strike next... 8)

ColorSound '71 (or maybe 8/18/70?), thru 1972, probably later. This shot is from 7/31/74, and afaik is the only time a Morley is recognizable in a pic, so best guess, summer 74, especially July/August would be Morley shows. In October at Winterland, an all-black wah pedal is glimpsed, possibly Thomas Organ or other crybaby. I haven't seen many shots surface from Europe '74, none showing which wah he used

Cool. Thanks. I am sure I must have some shows in that time period I can listen to.

I am a fan of Morley pedals; I have had my volume pedal since, I dunno, sometime in the late 1970s, and it has needed nothing in all that time, so the idea of one of their wah pedals is appealing.
