I tried one of these out this weekend. Ended up as an impulse buy. I thought it would be a good match with a JBL D-123 for some lower power applications.
It's not classic GD Jerry tone. But it seems pretty close to the '75 era JGB sound. Anyone else have any experience with these?

No personal experience but here's a link to 56 threads, over on The Gear Page, on the Q101 (not all are on the 101 Reverb but you can pick out the ones that are): https://www.thegearpage.net/board/index ... &c[node]=3

And BTW, thanks for mentioning your purchase of it. Based on the reviews on TGP, for 4 C notes, I think this small head could work well with my TRM HT-style 2X10 currently housing my pair of NeoMags.

Wait until the noise creeps in - those Quilters are the absolute worst at interference, maybe you could shield it up in tape or something.

I’ve played it at 2 different locations. I haven’t noticed a noise issue.

Iam having fun with a quilter tone block 201 and SMS with a e120 I still use a soul food pedal for to thick it up a little the tone block has a gain but the soul food is better iam still dialing this in ,the high cut helps tame the ice pick .its pretty quite even on crappy power iam getting a early to mid 70s sound with single coil pickups I do want to try a Mac sometime.

Has anyone tried any of the DV Mark small Class D heads? I'm wondering how they compare to the Quilters.
