Howdy Y'all.......been lurking for a number of years here and finally registered....I have found this site to be invaluable in my search for the sound......think I'll go to my grave searchin....but you folks have got me quite a bit furthur on down the road.....thank you all for that!.... I'm gettin a lil long in the tooth.......saw my first show in Jun of 74 and my last ones during fall tour of 94......I've seen various incarnations since then.......I think the boys have finally hit on good thing with Furthur........took 15 years but the torch is lit once again ..as far as i am concerned Anyhow, my reason for steppin out of the shadows is that I could not help but notice all the mass dudes here...... I am certified "guitarded"......very limited in musical theory......have tried to learn on my own and fer sure have stayed out of the "box"..........a "vibe" player.....need to go on a feelin half assed type player........ a bit dyslexic.......sometimes the most simple of things take years for me to grasp.......between this site and J Darks and all the dead shows i can get on DVD.....there has been improvement......but I be greedy and want more!.....So....I was wondering if any accomplished guitarist in S.E. MASS..{Brockton area} would be interested in tutoring or teaching......it could be very informal......twice a month or once a month type thing....i figure an hour or two depending on how much monentary compensation is required......I would need someone willin to come to my home as I don't get around much anymore......ya wouldn't need to bring anything.....cept for your axe....but i could provide that also.......So there it is........My very first Post!!!!!!.......so if anyone has any interest hit me up...........Best wishes Y'all.........stillonlylearnin
