Melvin said he could only talk for about 15 minutes before I got him on air... but we went on for 27 minutes! This was my VERY FIRST interview I've ever done, and it was live on the second episode of my first radio show. I couldn't be happier with the result! Melvin talked about his FIRST JAM with Jerry, some great moments with Jerry, his first encounter with DEADHEADS, playing with John Kahn after Jerry's death, why he created JGB and so much more... Melvin's also got an ORIGINAL project in store for next year! I'd love for you guys to listen and give your constructive criticism (Except that I could have mentioned RUKIND! I was nervous.. Give me a break!)
