A place to talk about the music of the Grateful Dead

Due to differences I have chosen to remove my posts
and myself from the site permanetly.

I will be traveling west for a significantly larger
portion of time than previously for tribute work.
Personal heated fueds behind the scenes will
inevitably spill onto the surface which would
be quite unfortunate.

My presence has caused problems for those that
dislike me for a variety of reasons and have
gotten a bit to personal for anyones tastes.

Many of which are directed at religion or from
a religous standpoint, as well as other non music

(Why I'm always linked to religous issues is a mystery
to me.)

It seems me being Kenny has created a myriad of avenues of personal communication through pm
which has made it far worse even than when I was
simply unregistered as "d".

In conclusion,

Please continue to enjoy the site for it's intended
use and I hope a handful have gotten a helpful tip
or two and will spread it along.

Constant attacks is wrong and turning attacks
toward others is unneccessary since the focus
of agitation is removed.

I have no hard feelings and wish only the best for
the site and for people INTERESTED in music and
helping others in music.

I will not dignify any of the nonsense with anymore

but it has been very much ongoing.

Best of Luck!

Why would anyone want to abuse someone they don't even know? and for what gain?

Kenny, I think you've done some superb things on this site. I've learned alot from your posts and found them all very interesting.

Thanks for sharing them with us. Sorry for the assholes that have ruined it for you, those sad people seem to be there at every turn in life in general and i suppose the internet is a sort of breeding ground for a little sad party of theirs. A

Anyway forget all that and them...

Best wishes to you sir for the future... 8)

the biggest problem in life is the others trying to live. hopfully, someday they'll relize that we can all just live.

you will be missed,

we will do our best to fill the void and teach all those who want to learn

Throughout history, the greats have all ruffled feathers. You think guys who said things like "all men want to fuck their mothers" and "e=mc2" weren't ridiculed for their genius? C'mon man, don't let them get to you! Stick around, if for no other reason than to not let THEM win! I have always enjoyed your posts. Well thought out and able to take criticism. That's rare. Your decision, but I'd love to see you stick around. -amyjared

dude i haven't commented on any of your posts or anything but i've read nearly all of them. I don't know what the problem is that is causing you to leave but i hope it can be resolved and you can come back sometime. More people than you might think have read and been entertained and educated by your genius. I hope you can realized how much you've helped people and how much good you could do if you stuck around. Whatever you may do I wish you good luck on your journeys, and it might be nice if you would drop by and let us all know your doin allright once in a while. It would also be a good thing if you could archive all of the information that has helped us all so it may help so many more. What kind of evil is going on in this world when you can't post someones interpretation of a certain songs so people can sing around a campfire, and some one as nice and helpful as Kenny gets shoo'd away from a community he helped build. I have no idea but I hope that it does not spread further, and might actually be destroyed.

Kenny has done this before. About a year ago he demanded all his posts be removed.
As far as leaving, that is his perogotive, howvever I think it is unfair that he remove his posts. Like a conversation, you can not take back what you said. The contributions were not solely his as there were discsussions that others contributed to but are now useless.
While I have no real knowledge of the chain of events that have transpired now twice, I suspect Kennys problems go far deeper than shadowy threats and mysterious confrontations on a Grateful Dead music theory site.
I hope Kenny finds the solace he seeks.
