Well I've been playing the banjo for over a month, and I really like it. So, I started looking for banjo teachers in my area and the search isnt going so well. Can you suggest any alternative methods of learning? Good books maybe? Thanks.

Two online sites I've used for banjo stuff:

http://www.musicmoose.org/
http://www.banjohangout.org/

Books? The only book I bought was the one by Earl Scruggs:

http://www.amazon.com/Earl-Scruggs-5-St ... 995&sr=8-1

Good luck!
