I use a Warren Haynes 58 Les Paul. I am not too interested in capturing or copying Jerry's tone. Even though I can do it with that guitar I am most interested in just doing my own thing with thier music and making my own sound.

Mexican foto-flame Strat body with custom Warmoth "Wolf" specs neck and fretboard. LP headstock, ebony board, etc.

Duncan pickups, Neck = Lil Screamin' Demon, Middle and Bridge = "59s. Tap option for both. I used to have the Jerry Di Marzio setup but I liked the flavor of the Duncans more.

At some point will add Stratoblaster and change wiring. For now, it rocks so I never feel the need to f with it.

I have a Gibson SG Classic for the Dead, Neil Young, and other hard rock kinda stuff, and a Black Strat for Pink Floyd, and softer Dead stuff. I play both through a Fender Vibro Champ.

I play Bobby in my band. For that I use:
Jackson soloist slsmg loaded with pearly gates for an all around Weir sound
Parker Fly deluxe for an mid70s and 80s weir sound
Got this Epi hollowbody for an early 70s weir sound

That is a '76 Fender Vibrosonic (basically a Twin with 1x15 instead of 2x12's) with the original JBL-D130F on the floor, currently sporting an EVM-12L (from the TS collection).
Also seen is Waldo's outboard UGB (next to the Mu's).
Currently testfiring 3 different power amps for the EV SRO 2x12 cab... Mosvalve 962 (160W bridged mono), the Vibrosonic (100W), and the Stereo Steel head (300w per side at 4ohms).
PreAmp is an Alembic F2B, 'Verb is a Lexicon LXP-1.

Seems good. I had it put in at the same time as the PUs, though, so it is hard to tell how much of the change in sound is attributable to what.
