In Help on the Way, what is the chord progression over the "poised for flight, wings spread bright, springs from night into the sun" section, in Fm key?

I'm playing mandolin not guitar, so I'm looking for the universal chord progression (i.e., not tabs); later I'll work on the other licks and fills.

I've tried the Bbsus4 and Bb7sus4 stuff and it doesn't seem right to me.

any other suggestions? thanks

Try this:

When I'm solo, I play it like this:

Db7 Cm7 Bb7 x2
Cm7 Bb7 Ab7 Cm*

*Only do a simple triad of C Eb G

Ok I realize I'm about 8 years late here but it may still help someone, here's what I started playing which seems to be close to what Jerry does, just playing these chords as triads until a full G#maj7 on the last hit...
Dm7b5 xx656xPoised/wings
G# xx654x For /spread
G#b5? xx653x flight/bright
two times through that then starting from the G#
G# xx654x Spring
G#b5xx653x From
Bb xx111x Night.....Not completely sure about this one
Cm7xxx543 Into
Dm7b5xx656x The
G# xx654x Sun
G#maj7 xx6543

I think if your bass player is getting their part things will fall into place. On that Bflat their is a high bend from C# up to D on the G string and then app. down to the Bflat. give it listen and try it. I hope this helps. Here is a link to our page with our version.
