Fender heavy for more leadish playing and Dunlop Jazz III for the rhythm-heavy stuff.

I seem to be moving to heavier and heaver picks. I know use 1.14mm Snarling Dogs.

I need that grip on them because my fingers sweat!

Telefunken makes a 2.0 graphite that are great. You can get them on eBay, about 2 bucks each.

I've been using the Adamas graphite picks for a while but have recently moved to Wegen picks - the 2.5mm gypsy jazz picks and the bluegrass picks - beveled, nice grip, inflexible and a bit brighter than the Adamas picks. I also have a few old tortoise picks and a couple casein picks by Red Bear - I love the sound of tortoise shell and the casein picks but they need regular maintenance to keep the edges from being too rough.
