Bingo!
But more specifically: the box it outfitted with a vintage Ibanez 2622/AR500 pre-amp/EQ board. In addition, it has the Waldo buffer. This device allows me to add the pre-amp/EQ +/or buffer to any guitar, which is great considering my poor man's Cowboy doesn't have the pre-amp/EQ built-in like my AR500. To me, the Ibanez pre-amp/EQ was a key part of Weir's sound. I used it at last practice with the setting you see: lows & highs cut. I really liked it.
The box has clips so it can fit in the waist of my pants, or, the clips can be removed so it can be used as a stomp box. It has a 9-volt battery, or, it can be powered via 9v DC power. It's also true-bypass.
I designed it and it was built by Gary Brawer.
