Yes, it is the model 1201 that is considered to be voiced almost identical to a K-120. They should have the aluminum dust caps and all. I have to agree, a very nice speaker to replicate Jerry tones. I think Tracy "Mods" preferred the sound from these at one point over his JBL's. I have mine in an open back 1x12 and plenty loud to play with the band. Good find if you found one....
