Wiring Diagram for S/H/H with Rotary Pickup Selector Switch

Hey Guys,

Usually I don't ask questions when it comes to wiring. But, I believe I may run into some trouble when installing the rotary pickup switch. I'm converting my two Humbucker Carvin SH65 to a S/H/H with one tone pot, volume pot, two coil switch taps (similar to Tiger), OBEL, and Waldo's Preamp. I know Waldo recently setup an SG with a rotary switch, so you could probably help me out.
