I had planned a Dual Sound for the middle and two Super II's on the outside.

I would do the Dual Sounds on the outside and the Super II in the middle (that is if you prefer the Jerry tone from '82 through '88).

Actually I'm shooting for a late '78 to July '79 sound, which I think means Dual Sounds in the bridge and mid and an SDS-1 in the bridge. I have an original '78 SDS-1, but after installing it for a while in the neck position of my strat I decided it was way too warm for me, so plan B is the Rosebud arrangement of a Super II in the neck and bridge. I wonder whether the SDS-1 has warmed over the years. It really is thick and syrupy.

oh i didn't say what it is.... warmoth body, solid mahogany stained brown, a soulmate neck, and the brass is from jackofroses before they stopped making them

I have an organizational system here, it's called everywhere

Actually the bench is wired pretty safely. It is on it's own circut, and I have the outlets on the same switch as the light. Gives me peace of mind that after a few beers, and soldering something, as long as I turn off the light, I don't need to worry if I unplugged the iron or not

And the Resurrection is maybe the prettiest I've seen...but interestingly enough it needed fret work.

My resurrection also needed the frets finished as well as rewiring

One more point about mine.. I thankfully do not need re-fretting or any adjustments. Just a raise on the action and It was good to go.

one other thing, which I might add is you might want to also wire another set out outlets that are on all the time. I am thinking of adding that in.

I also stole the idea from my dad who is an EE and frankly taught me to solder before i could cursive write. good idea, and free to all.

This is a Carvin DC-145. I had it made with Wolf in mind. It does not have the same PUP config but the quality materials and construction contribute to the superb tone.
