I think you are right about the white powder... it looks like he got a little on his fingers  :

those are votive candles, Trey has to piss in a cup for a few more years so...I think he's clean, he and the band are sure sounding like it.

Trey also uses the Adamas 2mm pick like Jerry did. He has a tiny little black and steel, velvet lined road case on top of the cab that holds a whole bunch of them (and he appeared to be well stocked). He's had that pick box for years. I understand he's totally clean these days. When I saw him he sure looked happy and had that clear spark of light that sometimes goes away or seriously dims when people are abusing too much.

Hey Brad I have had great reviews on the SMS and SSP cabinet combo that Stu Allen purchased. I haven't had the chance to hear it myself but when I talked to Stu he seemed stoked. We should go to a Tuesday show and listen. I bet we can get in free:)

I'm looking forward to hearing the recordings of Stu's rig from this past weekend's Spookstock. He did the JGB show, the Schwag show, and may have also joined Kimock, but I'm not sure about that part. Their soundman, Tim Kresko says he seriously digs the rig.

Tim freakin' Kresko? Amazingly small world... went to school with him for a while and then swapped a VT Classic for a Backstage 30 through him back when what mattered was what fit in my VW Fox some 25 years ago. I think it was at the Maplewood Pawn Shop...

I gotta get back to StL more often...
Seems like I've been here before...
