The January 8th, 1966 Acid Test show is right here:

Rev_Roach got his dates mixed up in his post, that probably why shakedown couldn't find it. Definitely a good version, but I wish it didn't cut off right at the end.

Forgot to add - I'm listening to 2/15/69 right now and it has a great version. Jerry is screaming the vocals at the top of his lungs and really getting into it. 8)

Do the Dead really play the Star Spangled Banner in the 66 Acid Test show or is it a recording over the PA?

freaking AMAZING

I caught one of the late ones- 10/19/89 at the Specrtum. Never thought I was going to get to hear another one of these, and Jer didn't disappoint- he RIPPED it! Visceral.
