Dude, where's the bridge?

There is a bridge in this number that starts in Bm and goes like this: (ala Dick's Pick's #14)

Is it me or did the boys sometimes omit the bridge on this one?

The boys omitted the bridge after the hiatus. So the only versions that have the bridge are from 73 and 74. When they re-introduced the song with the slower tempo they dropped the bridge. Also the studio version on "reflections" does not include the bridge.

Since the dead changed songs over time, Ebick includes in his tabs which version he is tabbing out. He tabbed the "reflections" version of They love each other.

I like the no bridge version but love the uptempo early ones too....

wow - very informative august. thanks man. i must admit that i like the older, up-tempo (bridged) version a bit better but they are both very cool.....
