any ideas? the descending chords before signing starts on the D at 5th fret

I had the same question - here's my best guess.

INTRO: 6/8 TIME G | C | G | C | G | C | G Bm7 | C Eb+

BTW, that YouTube clip of Jerry is priceless, I love it. But it doesn't include the intro.
