Really like that 9th fret bassy D7 chord. That's new to me. (t = 34-sec)
For your C D G jam, I don't bother with the G chord, I just hammer on the pinky on that G note off of the C chord and finess it with some upstrokes to catch the e and B strings.
And, LOL, your D7 (t = 2:17), I had been getting by with an open-D-shaped C chord at the 12th fret, really punctuating the C note. Your D7 is spot on, I'll have to incorporate it.
I don't work on my Booby stuff any more, but the China Cat >> Rider transition requires a Bobby part to get me through the solo acoustic effort.
