*awful*

Joking aside I disagree with your transcriptions:
Firstly, I don't hear a D, I hear an Asus4.
Secondly, the merging of the parts seems lacking.

Basic Bobby:
E|-----------------|--------------------
B|-1/2--2----3-2---|--1/2--2------------
G|-1/2--2---2---2--|--1/2--2------------
D|-1/2--2--2-------|--1/2--2--4-2-0-----
A|--------4--------|---------------4-0--
E|-----------------|--------------------

Really?! He doesn't play the Bobby riff? Surprising.
But if anyone would know it would be Rob.
That dude has MAJOR GD concert and Bobby experience.

heres how i like to play it, its kind of a hybrid, i play part D part A gives it that glossy semi-dissonant sound

E|--------------------------------------------------
B|-1/2--1/2---1/2-----3-2--1/2----------------------
G|-1/2--1/2---1/2---2-2-2--1/2----------------------
D|-1/2--1/2---1/2-----2-2--1/2------2h4p2-----------
A|-0----0-----0------------0----2h4-------4-2-0-----
E|--------------------------------------------------
