Always a treat to be able learn something as cool as that to start the day. Much thanks for reposting it.
I don't hear the E after the F# that strummin6 posted. Gives it that Midnight Hour intro feel. Maybe they used it at times to end or transistion the tune??
This E7 is used often as part of the B E7 E B main riff
E|--11b--
B|--10b--
G|--11b--
D|------
A|------
E|------

Also I forgot to ask before but what fret do you play at? Something like this:b weird wrote:What scales do you use? The Blues scale?strumminsix wrote:Billbill, I was in the wrong key...
B (6 count)
A (6 count)
D (6 count)
F# (3 count)
E (3 count)
Then cycles back from the E to the F# to build up the end.
B (6 count) (7th fret)
A (6 count) (5th fret)
D (6 count) (? fret)
F# (3 count) ( 2nd fret)
E (3 count) (7th [?] fret)
