If I was correct there, your problem is isolated to a very small segment between the switch and the OBEL jack (assuming your TRS cord, junction box, and everything post OBEL jack is functioning) . It could be as simple as your OBEL jack grounding out on the shielding paint you put in. Pull the jack, double check the wiring and plug the guitar into it while it is removed from the guitar body. See if you get sound.

Output Jack to amp = Switch has No sound on both sides of the switch. Volume Pot does nothing.

Correct.

The tip of the OBEL jack is the "Send" which will have sound with a mono cable, and so will the Output jack. However, when the Output jack is used the volume pot will work. Not so with the OBEL jack because it is placed before the volume pot and since the Tip/Send is tapped before it explains why the volume pot would not work. But he only has sound in what appears to be the OBEL jack because the volume pot does nothing. And the Output jack does nothing. What is confusing to me is the fact that the volume pot does not work in either jack with just a mono cable, but works when he hooks it all up to a junction box.

Ok. I read through the thread prior to posting but I failed to pick up on that point. Sorry for the screw up.

Gonna drop off the guitar tonight to a guitar repair guy here in Austin.
Hopefully he will understand what's going on....or not going on.
I have the Tiger schematic and all the gear ready for him.

Wish us luck! Hopefully he won't have to re-wire the entire thing.

Thanks for all your help guys. I absolutely appreciate the discussion.

Make sure to pick his brain on what he found and how he found it!

The OBEL is still not working. The guitar tech here in Austin spent a few hours poking and prodding at the connections, switches, and wires. He could not figure it out.
So, I'll be arranging a drop off with Leo in Dallas in the near future.

Yes, sorry. To my dismay, the guitar still has a wiring problem. Hopefully I'll get up to Dallas in a couple weeks to see if Leo can crack the code.
Thanks guys.
