Got these out of a '74 Silverface Twin. The E 120 was not original to the amp. The E120 appears to be the original cone, but not the original dust cover. I can't be sure though, I've been playing this speaker for a few weeks in a 1 x 12, it really sings - crystal clear. $130 shipped for the E 120.

fyi - I had a D-120 (same structure as your K) re-coned by Tony (Ditch) at vin-tone.com and it came out stellar... very affordable, and he's up in your neck of the woods.
