The Ernie Ball volume pedal as shown in that schematic is incorrect. The EB volume pedals in Jer's rig were used as controllers for effects; phaser speed, delay volume, delay time...

That schematic should show the cord coming directly from the guitar to the input of the Silverfaced Fender.

something more like this, but later with an ada 2fx(delay) with remoted EB volume pedals for the mix and multiplier knobs.

Waldo do you believe that the order started with distortion on the octave and mu III. i know all these were true bypass through the custom switching unit,. or were they placed in that order and wired differently?

not exactly sure what it is you are asking but it is ordered and wired exactly as i have shown. he does replace the first slot where the Boss DS-1 is with an MXR Series 2000 Distortion+ and then an Boss HM-2. but up until the Boss OC-2 arrives, an overdrive/distorion sits in slot 1 before the MuIII and MuOctDiv. When the OC-2 arrives it resides and stays in Slot 1, even when cutler true bypass switcher #2 comes with the "90's" rack.
