Roland GK20?

Is this the right one? Have a chance to buy one for $250. Good price?

It's not the model Jerry used not that it is that important IMHO - I'm not sure but the price seems on the reasonable side maybe a bit high unless it comes with he GK2 pickup then it's a good price. That I believe is the least expensive one they put out. I can't remember if it came out at the same time as the GR30 or 33 but those had a few more features (I'm thinking it was the 33. I've got a 30 and 33 and love them. I'm gonna upgrade to the new one and sell off he other two at some point. I'm also pretty sure that Jerry used his to run and external synth module so if you're looking for his sounds you'll not be able to get the exact ones from the Roland. They're a lot of fun and I've enjoyed having mine. I find that the sitar is my favorite sound on it.

Cool, I don't own GR20 but I played through one and they work as well as the others of that generation. Fun stuff!

The 33 is the one to own ,they were 1,700 new.it is the best one .betteer than the new one,the 55 I think.i got one in mint condition in the box with pickup I'm selling for 300

I've got a 33 and it's what I use on stage. I love it.

I've got a 55 and I still haven't managed to dial it in.

Any advice would be appreciated. Most of the stock sounds arent really what I am going for (more the Garcia flute, trumpet etc sounds) so I have messed around with the create your own sounds and even those sound pretty thin to me
