Ya, I figured it was that. I just ordered one that I know all 5 pins are wired. Will report back with results.

Ok, so i got the cord, it works. but now im having an extremely hard time setting up the Ground Control. Could someone point me in the right direction? Im looking at all the manuals, but nothing is working :oops:

I called customer support, and the guy was super helpful. I got all the presets i want for now, but i have another problem. When i press the presets, the lights for the loops turn on, but the pedals dont

What am i doing wrong now?

I sympathize. Thing is certainly not intuitive. I'm in the process of reprogramming mine, and it's a grind. I've done a modest amount of automation programming, and even that is more transparent than the Ground Control.

If by pedal switches, you mean either an ON/OFF like a mutron, or just the buttons, ive tried both. Im getting really confused. I thought the trouble would be over when i programmed it haha :roll:
