Go to redco.com and get the cable and parts and make it yourself! Mogami is some sweet cable. You can use the stereo snake cable and run it unbalanced.

+1 on AO if you're not up for making your own. Love the cable Andrew made for me with a 2 inch offset on each side for the RA jacks to line up nicely with my guitar and junction box.
