Is that really the right chord? i'm just not hearing it when i'm listening to the song, anyone have an opinion, or possibly a correction?

yeah man i have been using c instead of c6...might not be right but it sure soudns better

The chord labeled "C6" in the tab is wrong, the diagram is for a C9.
C6 is right.

The posted diagram seems to be for an Am6/F#, if the top line is interpreted as the nut.

Whoops, all this time has passed and I just caught my own mistake - the posted chord looked like a D9 to me, missing the root... not a C9. :oops:
